The Mico INAFCA Museum

The Mico INAFCA (Indian African Caribbean) Museum is located on the ground floor of the Renford Shirley Building and was established in 1986 to house the collection of objects for inspection, study and enjoyment.

Jamaica’s first museum of education, a collaborative venture with the Institute of Jamaica, was established at The Mico on March 31, 2004.

The Mico Science Learning Centre (SLC) is a hands-on Science Museum designed to present Science to the public (from early childhood through tertiary to ‘non-schoolers’)
